After submitting your request to certificateregistration.com, you will receive an email containing your new certificate within 48 hours. You MUST email a copy of this certificate to Webii for installation into your account; otherwise, the certificate will not be live on your site.
If you believe there is some other reason for the inactivity of your certificate, or if you have not received your certificate within the 48 hour period, please email support.
