This usually is an indication that Webmail does not recognize your usename. Please try using the following username shema to login: Accountuserid-emailusername. For example, if your account userid is Dxxxx and your email username is “bob” (the part before the @ sign), then your login username is: Dxxxx-bob
Make sure that your userid begins with a capital D also.
