Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). If you have an Internet account and need FTP software, you can download a program for either the PC or Mac from our site. Popular FTP programs include Filezilla, Cyberduck (Mac), WinSCP (Windows), and Transmit. There are many others available today.
You should have received your primary FTP login credentials during your web hosting account setup.
You can login to your cPanel control panel to create additional FTP accounts, and copy the appropriate settings for your program from the instructions in cPanel.
