How do I update account contact information?

You can change your mailing address and email address in the Contact Information interface within your cPanel. If you have a change of email address, be sure to reflect this new address in your mail forwarding options in Account Settings. We suggest that domain owners update their domain contact information regularly, to keep the information current at all times. To assure that you receive all necessary correspondence about your account, please also notify our Accounting Department that your information has changed.

If you wish to make changes to your billing information, please notify our Accounting Department by email as soon as possible. You may also submit payments with your new credit card information at the following url: https://www.webii.net/make-payment.html

In cases in which your business or web site has transferred ownership, it may be necessary to fax us a document proving the identity of the new account owner.
