Your user ID is an assigned server ID and and cannot be changed; it ensures that each of our customers has a unique user ID that does not match any other customer on our servers. You can change your password in the “Password & Security” within your account cPanel.
We recommend changing your password often to something alphanumeric that is not easily guessed by others for stronger security of your web site files. It is important that you retain the password in a safe place for your own reference.
