Independent Sales Representative
Location
All areas. Remote/satellite work acceptable. Office support available in Austin, TX.
Overview
Seeking a motivated individual with sales experience who wants to be part of a fast growing website hosting and development company. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team, collaborating / working with project managers. As a WEBii sales representative, you will sell high quality custom web design, web development, web hosting and SEO services.
Earnings
You will earn a share of revenue from each account you bring in, along with ongoing monthly commission on website hosting account and SEO campaign sales.
- Business cards and marketing materials provided
- Assistance with proposal templates and quotes
- Very strong company reputation, portfolio and client list
- CRM / prospect database tracking tools provided
- Online tools for project and proposal communication provided
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying prospective clients and working to find leads for specific target markets
- Generating new leads through cold calling, appointment setting, networking, and referrals
- Website hosting and website development sales
- Website design portfolio and/or SEO case study presentation
- Following up with prospective customers and selling new website features or services to current customers
- Utilize our online tools to track contacts, manage closed sales and communicate project needs to our team
Qualifications & Experience:
- A strong work ethic: self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision required
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills
- Strong computer skills, internet savvy, and ability to learn new skills with training
- 2 years experience selling advertisement, print, or web services preferred
Compensation:
- First 6 months commission only income with a scalable commission rate based on number of sales
- Base salary plus commission potential after only 6 months, based on performance review
- Commission paid every two weeks
- Ongoing commission on website hosting sales and SEO campaign sales for the active life of the account (as long as you hold a working business relationship with WEBii)
