Domain registration services with our division SiteReserve.com are not automatically renewed. If you wish to renew your domain registration with SiteReserve, please visit www.sitereserve.com and select the “make a payment” option.
If your domain name is registered with a registrar other than SiteReserve, you will need to contact that provider for assistance with your domain registration services renewal.
Keep in mind that domain names often change when the preferences of a customer change, and they are also usually on different billing cycles than your web hosting account. For these and other reasons, the domain registration services are not directly tied to your hosting account billing.
